Replacement & Exchange Policy

At Masters’ Union Scratch Store, we take great care in preparing and quality-checking every order so that you receive exactly what you expect. However, in the rare event that an issue arises, we are happy to assist with replacements or exchanges as per the policy outlined below.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

If you require a replacement or exchange, please email us at helpdesk@mastersunion.org with the subject line “Replacement or Exchange Request”, along with your Order Number, within 10 days of delivery.


Replacement & Exchange Scenarios

1. Missing Item in the Package
If an item from your order is missing, please email us with your order details and a description of the missing product. After verification, we will dispatch the missing item at the earliest. Refunds will not be issued in this case.

2. Damaged Product or Manufacturing Defect
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product. Refunds are not applicable.

3. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please email us with:
• Order number
• Product details
• Clear photo of the incorrect product

We will arrange a pickup of the incorrect item and deliver the correct product. Refunds will not be provided.

4. Size Exchange
If the product does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange, subject to availability.

The product must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact

Once the item passes our quality check, the replacement size will be shipped. Refunds are not applicable.


General Terms & Conditions

• Replacement or exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Exchanges are subject to product and size availability
• Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable
• No returns or refunds are permitted once an order is placed
• Shipping charges may apply depending on the nature of the exchange


Replacement & Exchange Timeline

• Requests will be reviewed within 48 hours after receiving complete details
• Once approved and the returned product passes a quality check, the replacement item will be dispatched
• Customers will receive email updates at every stage of the process
